What’s your intention?

Before you put your intention bracelet on, hold it in your hand. Now, speak your intention to your bracelet out loud or in your head.  After you’ve set your intention, tie it around your wrist. Let it be a reminder when you look at it or touch it that you have the power to change whatever you desire.  When it falls off, your intention is said to have come true.  So set your intention and always remember to be kind to your soul.
